Our young patient shown here desired to improve the profile and appearance of her face. To accomplish this we performed a rhinoplasty to reduce the “hump” on the bridge of her nose as well as to narrow and raise the tip of her nose. In addition, the patient also underwent a sliding genioplasty which is a chin shaping procedure using her own bone. This allowed her chin to be brought forward and down which also helped her overall profile.
