What Is Recovery Like After the Bra Line Back Lift™?
After your procedure, you will wear compression garments to help minimize swelling and to aid in shaping your torso attractively.
Avoid wearing a bra for 1-2 weeks, and do not raise your arms above your head, take a bath or sit in a hot tub. You may shower within 24 hours after your surgery. Do not engage in strenuous exercise for several weeks.
After two weeks, you may wear a comfortable bra again and begin to slowly increase your activity level.
