Cindy
Medical Aesthetician & Laser Specialist-Specializing in Antiaging & Longevity-Driven Aesthetic Medicine
Cindy Corn is an Arizona native and highly experienced Medical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist with more than two decades of clinical experience working alongside leading plastic surgeons in Scottsdale. Over the past 20+ years, Cindy has built a strong reputation for delivering results-driven aesthetic treatments while cultivating long-standing relationships with a loyal and dedicated patient base.
With a strong foundation in science and medical aesthetics, Cindy approaches skin health through a comprehensive lens that integrates anti-aging, rejuvenation, and longevity principles. Her background in advanced laser technologies, regenerative skin therapies, and medical-grade skincare allows her to treat patients at multiple levels—from surface skin concerns to deeper structural and long-term aging processes.
Cindy specializes in creating highly customized treatment plans by strategically combining advanced aesthetic technologies. Her clinical experience includes extensive work with laser resurfacing, fractionated laser treatments, RF microneedling, IPL and photofacial therapies, CoolPeel and CO₂ resurfacing, microneedling protocols, dermaplaning, and advanced medical-grade chemical peel systems. These treatments are thoughtfully integrated with professional skincare protocols to improve tone, texture, collagen stimulation, pigmentation, and overall skin health.
In addition to energy-based devices and advanced skin treatments, Cindy has an extensive interest in and ongoing study of regenerative and longevity-based therapies, including the clinical application and science of peptides. She continually studies emerging peptide research and integrates this knowledge into comprehensive anti-aging strategies designed to support skin regeneration, cellular health, and long-term aesthetic outcomes.
Cindy is particularly known for her ability to design individualized treatment plans by carefully layering and sequencing modalities to achieve optimal results. Her practice has grown largely through patient loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals, with many patients remaining under her care throughout her career.
Beyond aesthetics, Cindy maintains a deep passion for the science of skin biology, longevity medicine, and cellular regeneration. Her ongoing study of the life cycle of skin cells, tissue repair, and anti-aging science allows her to continually refine and evolve the treatment protocols she offers her patients.
Outside of her clinical work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, two Boston terriers, and being outdoors, appreciating nature and the balance it brings to everyday life.

Marketing Coordinator
Skylar joined Dr. Repta and Restore Renew Skin in 2025 as Marketing Coordinator, bringing creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for aesthetic medicine to the team. In her role, she creates engaging content that highlights the practice’s expertise and connects patients with the latest surgeries, services, and skincare innovations. Outside of work, she is a devoted cat mom to her two beloved cats and enjoys continually learning both personally and professionally.
Evelin
Patient Concierge
Evelin was born in California, and raised in Phoenix. She graduated college in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration. Evelin is our Patient Concierge here at Repta Plastic Surgery. Her dedication for building relationships with our patients shows everyday. Her support makes the surgical process comfortable and stress-free.

Clinical and Operations Manager
With over two decades in plastic surgery, Amber brings a wealth of experience and passion, committed to transformative outcomes since 2002. As a skilled surgical first assistant for fifteen years, she bridges surgical procedures and patient care seamlessly. Joining Dr. Repta in 2022 as Clinical and Operations Manager, she’s deeply moved by his commitment to higher BMI patients. Beyond work, Amber’s roles as a devoted mother, loving wife, and proud ‘Frenchie’ dog mom inspire her holistic approach to life.

With 15 years of experience in Plastic Surgery offices, Colleen takes pride in providing compassionate, personalized care. She is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for every patient, focusing on delivering exceptional support, fostering trust, and enhancing the overall patient journey.When not working Colleen keeps her hands and heart full, taking care of her twin boys.

Brittany Patient Concierge
She has over 12 years of experience in the plastic surgery industry and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while creating a luxury experience for every patient she serves. Her professional background includes patient care coordination, direct patient care, practice management, operations, sales, and customer service, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the patient journey from consultation to recovery.
A proud mom of two amazing little boys, Brittany is currently attending nursing school as she continues to grow her career in healthcare. She feels truly honored to be part of the team at Repta Plastic Surgery and is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and supported every step of the way.

With over a decade of nursing experience, Callie specializes in facial balancing and full facial rejuvenation using neurostimulators, dermal fillers, and regenerative aesthetic treatments. Known for her thoughtful approach and refined aesthetic eye, Callie focuses on creating natural, harmonious results while prioritizing patient safety and comfort. She has spent several years training other medical professionals and is deeply passionate about educating patients so they feel confident and informed throughout their aesthetic journey.

Esthetician, CLT
Nicole was born and raised in Arizona. Licensed in 2020 as a medical aesthetician and laser technician, she brings over 6 years of experience, knowledge, and luxury to medical aesthetics. Nicole is an artist in her field, driven by the fulfillment of helping patients feel beautiful and confident while improving skin health. In addition to being laser and aesthetic certified, she is also a professional fine-line tattoo artist. When Nicole is not in the clinic, you can find her with her two treasured sons, her beloved fiancé, and their Weimaraners on their next outdoor adventure.
