I am 35 year old male lost significant amount of weight around 8-9 years back maintaining a generally stable weight since then. I received Abdominoplasty and Gynocomastia surgery from Dr. Remus Repta. I have to start by saying the Dr. Repta is not just the best plastic surgeon in the Phoenix valley/Scottsdale area, he is a “dream-fulfiller” ! Dr. Repta clearly stood out as the best among the best! He is the most pleasant and patient doc I have met. I did not receive any pressure from him or his office ever throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions with clarity and great confidence. I clearly got the “He’s been there Done that soooo many times” feeling from him and that made me in turn feel confident about his expertise at the surgery I needed – Abdominoplasty(Tummy Tuck) and Gynocomastia and I felt I was in good hands. My pre-op visit was informative and all my questions were answered. The wait times at the office each time (Have visited the office now ~ 6-7 times in all) are what have most surprised me – They are non-existent! I hardly ever have to wait at all to meet the doc. Results of my surgery have been just plain AMAZING !! Absolutely wonderful for a doc his stature to be able to do that! I have to say from the management of the office to the doc’s flexibility and availability – Advanced Aesthetics Associates functions in a way can be only achieved by very committed individuals who work there. Special thanks to my nurse Amanda who so thoughtfully spent time and effort with me talking to me about things to distract my mind so I may not be nervous about the surgery – Little things matter a lot for a decision as big as this. After having 5 kids and fluctuating weight, I knew I needed to have a tummy tuck. I had excessive sagging skin. I am happy that I am not embarrased about my stomach any more. If I had to do it over again, I definitely would do it again. Dr. Repta specified my choices of procedures and didn’t try to upsell me something I did’nt need. I really appreciated his honesty because I had been to several plastic surgeons for an initial consultation. Dr. Repta did great work on my tummy tuck. I am very pleased with the results. If I decide to have anything else done in the future I will certainly go back to Dr. Repta.

Dr. Repta is an excellent surgeon and so nice, caring and understanding. I wish I had found him when I had my first surgery done. He explains everything in detail and answer all your questions throughly and completely. He is the nicest person and the personal attention he gives you shows how much he cares. I went to see Dr. Repta for a consultation for a breast augmentation with a possible breast lift. What a kind, patient, knowledgeable man Dr. Repta is. From the minute I met him, I felt at ease and comfortable and that my breasts were in the hands of the very best. I just had my surgery last week and I am completely thrilled with how the whole surgical and postoperative experience has been. After having children, we decided that in addition to a breast augmentation, I should also have a breast lift and nipple reduction. Dr. Repta took his time explaining everything to me and I felt so comfortable after I left the consultation. His office staff was fantastic with me in scheduling the surgery along with all of my preoperative and postoperative instructions. The morning of surgery, Dr. Repta arrived to the surgery center early to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was getting well taken care of. He held my hand during the delivery of anesthesia and made me feel much less anxious. I woke up in the recovery room without any pain. How surprised I was when I received a call from him the evening of my surgery to check on me and to make sure that I was doing well. I was able to take my surgical bra off the next day and I was completely blown away how amazing my breasts looked just 1 day after surgery. Even before children, I was never happy with how my breast looked. I serioulsy can not stop checking them out and I am so so so very happy. They are finally symmetrical, and look like I always wanted them to look. I can not wait to see the progression because they will only get better. I highly recommend Dr. Repta to anyone. He is in my opinion the best by far!

A++! After a year of thinking about it, four months of research, and four consultations with some of the best plastic surgeons in the greater Phoenix area, I finally decided to go with Dr. Repta for my breast augmentation. I could not have made a better decision. Dr. Repta was referred by friends, associates, and even the American Medical Association (yes, I went that far to make sure I had the very best). After my procedure, I was sore for a few days, but there was no real pain. I’m a hair dresser, and was back to work full time with zero pain or soreness in 10 days! Dr. Repta was the only doctor I spoke with that was not condescending in the slightest. I was not expecting any plastic surgeon to have a personality at all. What I got was by far better then I could have possibly hoped for! He was professional, honest, warm, friendly and acted like a human being. More importantly, he was patient, and treated me like a person, not a dollar sign. I had a very long list of questions and concerns, and he spent time addressing each and every one of them. So happy with the results of my in office Lipo!, The facility was, beautiful, clean, and the staff so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. I have the great fortune to have discovered Dr. Remus Repta. I was in a very bad automobile accident in my early twenties and had previously undergone multiple surgeries to correct the injuries I sustained. The surgeries were complex and required a full forehead flap procedure and over 25 subsequent surgeries over a 20-year period to give me some semblance of a nose. The results were acceptable, however, not aesthetically pleasing and still gave me a great deal of uncomfortability with my appearance.
