From consult to initial pre-op followed by procedure, Mr. Repta and his staff are wonderful. Super sterile/neat & tidy facilities. I spent a night in their “Sanctuary w/Nurse Lisa and it made the experience super posh, yet comfortable and safe!!! Thank you Dr. Repta, I will be back. (I had some MAJOR procedure folks). It’s been one year since I had my plus size tummy tuck with Dr. Repta. I cannot say enough of how skilled this surgeon is. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he is KIND. As a person of size, being treated less than human by medical professionals has unfortunately always been the norm in my experience. It was so refreshing and almost emotional to be treated with kindness and gentleness. Not only from him, but his ENTIRE staff! I did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Repta, and it wasn’t just his work that brought me to have him be my surgeon, but it was the recovery process. I joined many FB plus size plastics groups and took notes off all the doctors who had many post op complications, the patients post op bruising and their shared recovery. I had minimal bruising, and for recovery I only took ibuprofen and extra strength Tylenol, which tells me that even though I was I was under anesthesia, Dr. Repta still handled me with a gentle hand. That matters. Thank you Dr. Repta for being a superb human being and an exceptional surgeon. See you in a few weeks for my brachioplasty!
First off I’d like to acknowledge my team of care, Dr.Repta has been extremely helpful through out my whole Tummy Tuck Recovery/ Experience from being there for me literally a text/phone call away with any questions and concerns I may have ! To his Amazing team Evelyn & Colleen; from day 1 Evelyn was super patient, explained everything to me detail to detail and has checked up on me throughout this entire time, to Colleen always being gentle and kind in every post-op appointment. Absolutely AMAZING. I did the non-surgical rhinoplasty as a way to see how a different nose shape would look on me as well as needing to save up for the real deal. Honestly a miracle worker- Dr. Remus Repta provided exactly the results I was hoping for. Of course non-surgical rhinoplasty can’t make a nose smaller, but the adjustment on the side profile has made me incredibly happy! I have a lot more confidence in pictures now and feel less self conscious when smiling. 🙂 Not to mention very natural and subtle, my husband of course said he couldn’t tell a difference lol I want to say the prices are higher than average, but I feel like you get what you pay for especially with cosmetic surgery and procedures- even moreso when dealing with a risky location for filler! Dr. Repta is a very skilled professional, he kept me reassured the entire process. He really listens to what you’d like and also lets you know of what can be done both realistically and safely. It didn’t feel like he was trying to fix the flaws that *he* saw, but rather work with me to see how to reach *my* aesthetic goal while remaining realistic and non-judgmental. And of course the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive! They made me feel comfortable and ensured the entire process was explained clearly and answered all the questions I had.
