Case Details
A patient with a BMI of 43 and weighing 270 pounds initially underwent a Plus Size Tummy Tuck® combined with liposuction to the back and neck to improve body contours. One year later, the patient returned for additional cosmetic liposuction to the arms, abdomen, back, and right hip, along with a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Six months following the BBL, a revision procedure was performed to further refine and enhance the results, achieving a more balanced and contoured physique.
