A 41-year-old patient, standing at 5’1″ and weighing 268 pounds, underwent a Plus Size Tummy Tuck® and Bra Line Back Lift™, with the initial surgery removing 16.2 pounds of tissue to improve body contours. One year later, the patient opted for a tummy tuck revision along with liposuction to the upper hips and abdomen to further enhance the surgical results.
