Slimming Down for a New You
New beginnings are an opportunity for change, growth and creating goals that will motivate you to become a better version of yourself. Taking care of your body, by losing those few extra pounds, will ensure that you live a long and vital life and have a better quality of life as you progress on your journey. Sometimes we all just need a little TLC and support. I am a firm believer that you don’t need to starve yourself to get lean and toned. It just takes a bit of focus, with the knowing that you WILL be successful.
I have many years of experience in the weight loss realm, and, I promise, you can easily do this! The key word here is “easily”. My approach to assisting my patients with weight loss, is to help them not feel deprived or starved – ever! You can make choices throughout the day that will keep you satisfied and will boost your metabolism and you CAN have more energy and look great in your clothes. A method I use often for helping my patients slim down is to have them graze with their eating throughout the day. This will amp up your metabolism and make you burn fat for energy.
You will have plenty of foods to choose from with my approach, and you will be allowed to have a cheat meal once a week without messing up all the hard work you put in to your weight loss experience. Enjoying yourself with comfort food from time to time is crucial for keeping you on track.
And, of course, moderate exercise a few times a week is helpful, but you don’t have to kill yourself with crazy intense workouts to see results. Finding sports and activities you are passionate about and can have fun with will keep you wanting to get more movement throughout your day.
